There is a 100% cancellation fee for no-shows and canceling/rescheduling of appointments within 24 hours of the appointment time. Tardiness will be considered as a no-show once you are 10 minutes late. If you show up late, you run the risk of not being able to receive services that day (depending on what service/s have been scheduled) and you will be charged the full amount of the services scheduled. Each appointment reserves time needed for your services; however; when a no-show,last minute reschedule, or tardiness happens; time is taken from other clients and interferes with their schedules as well as my own. Please be courteous to yourself and others by showing up on time or rescheduling your appointment at least 24 hours in advance.
